Return and Refund Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without providing any reason.

The cancellation period is 30 days from the date you received the item or the date a third party, other than the carrier and indicated by you, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must clearly inform us of your decision.

We will refund you within 30 days of receiving the returned goods. We will use the same payment method you used for the order, and no additional fees will be charged for the refund.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

• The product was purchased in the last 30 days.
• The product is in its original packaging.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom-made or clearly personalized products.
• Goods that by nature cannot be returned, such as perishable items or items with an expired shelf life.
• Items that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
• Goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the items to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of return delivery.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
